1. I discovered while at Sally's house that cucumbers and carrot cake aren't so bad after all.

Flashback!!

Last weekend we went to Wayne's cousin Sabrina's birthday party. It was an 80's theme which meant we got to have fun dressing up!!This was as close as I could get Wayne to dress like a rocker

It's Official....

....I got the email this morning. I now have received my Clear Muliple Subject Credential!! That means a lot to me. I don't have to worry about BTSA anymore.....and now I just have to remember to renew it every 5 years!! Yay me! You can't tell but I am dancing around the room.....hehe.
Sorry I don't have a picture to post but I will have some Halloween ones tomorrow or the next day!

Pumpkin Patch

Last Saturday we took the kids to the Pumpkin Patch and they had a blast. We got there as soon as they opened which was nice since we were the only ones there.Kara

I was a bit crafty today

OK so I LOVE the felt barrettes. I've been wanting to make some for awhile now and at a whim decided to give it a try today.

They seem a little rough looking to me, but not too bad for my first try!

I think I will be making many more now!!

Just a picture

A friend of mine took this picture at her son Diego's 1st Birthday Party. It was way back in May. It's rare to find a picture of me with the two kids, especially one that I like! So thank you very much Juanita for taking a cute picture of me and my adorable kiddos!!

Yesterday we ventured out to the backyard now that the grass is growing good so the kids could play....the fresh air was good but it was cold so we didn't last long... yeah so this isn't going to work....one can't go down as one goes up

Happy Birthday

Yesterday was my sister Corinna's birthday! She is honestly the best big sister anyone could ask for. Everyday we have a morning chat on our way to work.....if I miss her call or she misses mine the day doesn't seem right. I just want to wish her a wonderful birthday and let her know that I had a blast celebrating it with her last night!

Happy Birthday to me

Well today is my 31st Birthday! I've already been spoiled the past couple of days with roses from Wayne, lunch and cheesecake from a co-worker, a new flat iron, shampoo, and goodies from Donavan, a gift card for my favorite shopping spot....Target from Sally, and today I get to spend the evening with my family at a BBQ at my parents house. I was going through some pictures I had on my computer and came across these old ones....they were scanned and unfortunately they had scanned all weird....but I think the subject of the photos makes up for it all...HAHA!
This was the day I came home from the hospitalummm.....I think I am around 3 months old here
have no clue how old I am here.....7-8 months maybe 9....who knows

Wedding Reception.....

Yesterday was my brother Billy's and Lacey's wedding! It was a beautiful ceremony and reception in my parent's backyard. My mom did a wonderful job on the backyard....Se also made Lacey's wedding dress! I only have a few pics so far but will post more later.Miss Lacey

Wedding Bells

So next Saturday my brother Billy is getting married. For the past week every time I would sit down and think about it tears would start forming in my eyes. They are all happy tears of course. Even though he is only 14 months younger than me I feel like he is too young to be getting married....I guess that's just me being overprotective of him. Billy is such a wonderful person. He is very kind-hearted, has a wonderful soul, and always has a way of making me smile (even when I don't want to). He has been through so much......and I just want him to know that I love him dearly and wish a world of happiness and good fortune (not necessarily money, but the richness of a strong loving marriage)!

Oh Michael....

so many of you already know that Michael is a climber...BIG TIME!! Well the other day Kara came running to tell me that Michael was in the sink...in the bathroom. This is what I saw when I rushed into the bathroom...pics aren't too great, oh and don't mind the water spots on the mirror....those are courtesy of Kara!
